Personal Injury Trial Paralegal
Long Term Contract Position
West Palm Beach, FL | On-Site
Immediate Start 

A well-established boutique law firm in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Paralegal for an immediate long-term temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and has strong trial preparation experience.

Position Overview
The firm is looking for a seasoned paralegal who can step in quickly and provide support on personal injury matters through all stages of litigation, with a particular emphasis on trial preparation and case management. They are very busy with several upcoming trials.

Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury litigation files from inception through trial
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, notices, discovery, and correspondence
• Coordinate and assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness preparation, trial binders, and document management
• Review and summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, and case documents
• Maintain case calendars and monitor litigation deadlines
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, experts, and court personnel
• Assist attorneys with hearing and trial preparation as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience
• Prior trial and/or trial preparation experience is required
• Strong knowledge of Florida civil litigation procedures
• Experience managing discovery and preparing cases for mediation, hearings, and trial
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software

Position Details:

• Temporary assignment with immediate start
• Full-time, on-site position
• Located in West Palm Beach, Florida
• Competitive hourly compensation based on experience
