As a Creative Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind strategic web initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from concept to launch. What You'll Do Lead the end-to-end production of strategic web initiatives, delivering engaging, high-performing organic marketing pages that align with brand vision and business goals. Manage complex workflows across diverse teams including SEO, development, accessibility, UX writing, design, tagging/analytics, localization, and experimentation. Navigate evolving project scopes, clarify vague requirements, and adapt swiftly to changing business priorities, maintaining project momentum. Leverage brand guidelines, design systems, and wireframes to ensure visual and functional excellence across all web assets. Perform rigorous site audits for brand consistency, user experience, and compliance accuracy. Oversee content lifecycles using Adobe DAM and ensure precise alignment across instrumentation, attribution, and analytics platforms. Track all deliverables, schedules, and administrative tasks in project management software with meticulous detail, ensuring transparency and accountability. Foster strong relationships with subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and agency partners to ensure seamless project delivery and collaboration. Must-Have Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of project management experience within a creative agency, in-house marketing team, or design studio. Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, WorkFront, Monday.com, ClickUp, or Jira. Familiarity with creative tools like Figma and Adobe CC. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous briefs and pivot seamlessly when scope or timelines shift.
