Autonomous vehicle operations supervisor

Company Description Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe, operating across Europe and North America. Role Overview The Shift Supervisor manages operations and acts as liaison between client program managers and vehicle specialists/operators. The role involves managing a team of operators to ensure efficient delivery of client missions. Academic Preference & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred At least 2 years of operations experience leading teams Key Responsibilities Respond to system emergencies, complete accident reports, incidents, and customer complaints Coordinate, monitor, and supervise the activities of subordinates; inform other management about operational or personnel problems and offer solutions Respond to service problems and investigate unsafe location/situation reports Develop and schedule program work plans in accordance with specifications in conjunction with client staff; oversee daily operations, coordinate activities, and prioritize tasks Maintain high safety standards across the program/team Necessary Skills Ability to use a computer to generate reports and schedules Understanding and interpretation of system operating rules, regulations, policies, phases, and routes Good written and oral communication skills Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr TSMG Holding
