Pharmacist | Details and Compensation:

• Location: Milwaukee, WI 53224 - 100% on-site
• Payrate: 67.50/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday-Friday 1:00 PM-9:30 PM
• Potential Saturday coverage as needed

Pharmacist | Summary and Highlights:
The Pharmacist will support day-to-day pharmacy operations by accurately dispensing medications, maintaining patient records, and providing patient counseling on prescription and non-prescription therapies. This role also supports clinical consultation (e.g., dosing, interactions, side effects), inventory oversight, and supervision of pharmacy support staff to ensure safe, compliant pharmacy services.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Pharmacist | Responsibilities:

• Accurately accept, verify, and dispense prescription medications
• Maintain confidential patient records and ensure proper documentation and file management
• Counsel patients on medication use, storage, dosing, side effects, and potential interactions
• Monitor medication compliance and identify potential medication-related issues; communicate effectively with prescribers and care team
• Prepare sterile solutions and compound medications following appropriate procedures
• Supervise pharmacy staff (e.g., technicians/clerks) and support workflow execution
• Maintain appropriate inventory of pharmaceutical and medical supplies
• Provide patient support services as applicable (examples may include wellness education and use of common medical devices)

Pharmacist | Requirements:

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) (verifiable)
• License: Active Wisconsin Pharmacist (RPh) license (required)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days
