This position is located at a facility that requires special access.The information below reflects the standard job description for this position:Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems, and information technology related responsibilities including design, development, and analysis of computer systems or programs based on and related to user or system design specifications; applying systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that do not perform IT responsibilities, use E146, Systems Engineer. Basic Qualifications• Currently hold an active DOD 8570 certificate (Security+, etc.)• Currently hold an active Top Secret / SCI security clearance• 10+ years of experience with IT administration• Experience managing hypervisors such as RedHat OpenStack, Hyper-V, or VMWare • Scripting with Ansible, bash, PowerShell, etc.• Experience with managing RHEL 9, Windows 11 and Server 2022• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory / Group Policy / System hardening• Experience with managing Networking equipment (Cisco / Juniper / Palo Alto) • Proficiency in System architecture and design Desired Skills• Open to opportunities to occasionally travel• Automate IT tasks using tools such as Ansible or Terraform. • Seeks opportunities to take ownership of solving complex problems• Experience with Jira and Confluence• Cisco ISE knowledge• Knowledge of OSI/ TCP-IP Model• COMSEC Experience, Familiarity with TACLANEs Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
