England. Over the Road Mentors teach apprentices how to safely and efficiently drive a truck in accordance with state and local laws and C.R. England policies. Mentors get paid for all miles the truck moves and can earn extra Mentor Bonuses and Cash Incentives. Responsibilities Teach apprentices safe and efficient truck driving practices. Deliver freight to the 48 lower states, primarily no‑touch refrigerated and dry goods. Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. Drive top‑of‑the‑line sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions, pulling 53‑ft dry van trailers. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL. Six or more months of recent tractor–trailer driving experience. 25 years of age or older. Ability to pass a DOT drug test. Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
