Commercial Hvac/R And Kitchen Service Technician (Dual Tech)

Multiple locations across Pennsylvania full-time experienced technicians wanted (2+ years) lock haven area k&d factory service has been servicing the keystone state since 1945. k&d specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, hvac, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. our technicians are servicing the pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in harrisburg, york, lancaster, williamsport, allentown, altoona, and scranton. we are seeking technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!

What You'll Do:

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems with commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
• Provide excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
• Ability to work on-call schedule (including overtime pay)
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines

What You Need To Apply:

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment, hvac/r or in a related industry
• Strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems
• Driving record must align with our safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• CFESA certification or manufacturer training is a plus!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Completion of a successful background check and drug screen
