About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Operations and Technology to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of all deposit operations, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures. This includes deposit operations functions, e-banking, cash management, and debit card programs. The role also involves the integration and accuracy of item processing to the company's information systems and customer accounts, as well as supporting all electronic services. The VP will oversee and monitor exception processing functions and be involved in backroom operational functions such as escheatment. In addition to deposit operations, the VP will be in charge of the company's information technology and information security systems and practices. This includes directing and managing the company's technology and data processing, acting as an administrator for network software access, and liaising with third-party service providers to ensure sound practices related to information technology and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and cyber security, and be able to perform various risk assessments in these areas. The role is pivotal in driving the company's growth mission and requires a strategic and proactive approach to operations and technology.
