Overview Melton Hospitality Advisors is assisting a forward-thinking hospitality client to identify a Dual General Manager who can lead two hotel properties with vision, energy, and results. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field. 4+ years of hotel management experience. Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and business acumen. Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Proven ability to build culture, resolve challenges, and lead with purpose.
