June 14 - 6p-6a June 18-22 6p-6a June 19-21 6a-6p July 3-6 6p-6a Shift times 6a-6p and 6p-6a Coverage needed for 3 shifts per week Day, night and weekend shifts available Prefers 1 provider to cover the entire assignment.
