Clinical Nurse Coordinator

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Med Surg unit. In this role, you’ll coordinate patient care on a medical-surgical floor, overseeing daily operations, staffing, and patient flow. You will provide direct bedside care, perform assessments, administer medications, and support complex care plans. The coordinator mentors nurses, ensures adherence to clinical protocols, and partners with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes. You’ll monitor quality metrics, support patient and family education, contribute to evidence-based practice, and foster a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous learning.
