Relationship Specialist

Partner with the strategic account team to develop and implement business plans for key intermediaries across wealth and retirement plan products and services Represent Capital Group in virtual and in-person meetings with home office contacts through travel to conferences, workshops, and offices Identify business-solution opportunities through interactions with North American Client Groups strategic clients and develop plans to address client needs Promote internal initiatives from NACG, marketing, and support groups Serve as a point of contact for service, support, and education internally and externally Demonstrate professionalism and responsiveness in communications with firms Increase Capital Group's exposure with firms by securing workshops, sales desk trainings, webinars, and regional meetings Travel up to 25% depending on business need and client coverage Requirements 5–10 years of relevant experience in financial services focused on relationship management, sales support, or business development Experience building relationships with firms by developing and executing business plans Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences Proactive, self-directed approach with initiative and ability to drive execution with minimal direction Ability to develop sales ideas and marketing concepts from partner-firm data and communicate insights persuasively Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements Strong organizational and multitasking skills Bachelor's degree Must hold or obtain within the first 90 days of employment the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/65 or 66 licenses Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in relationship management and business development within financial services, with a strong focus on executing strategic business plans and compliance knowledge.
