We provide you with the flexibility to earn performance commissions through both sales and installation, or you can choose to focus solely on sales commissions. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN HVAC HYBRID COMFORT ADVISOR - SERVICE TECHNICIAN

As an HVAC Hybrid Comfort Advisor - Service Technician, you start each day ready to personally connect with clients and offer them the best possible HVAC solutions for their home comfort needs. After warmly greeting each client and answering any questions or listening to any concerns they may have, you recommend appropriate products and explain their associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately. You inspect air conditioning systems and ductwork to determine the best products and services for our customers. Using your sales skills, you offer solutions for common concerns and follow up on leads.

As a result of using the proven sales process that we have trained you in, you are very successful in this position. You enjoy meeting new people, working at new locations, and that no two days are exactly the same. At the end of the day, you feel good about creating lifelong relationships with customers by providing them with the best solutions and highest quality of work.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of HVAC service experience
• 2+year of sales experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
