Position Description

ENSCO Avionics is looking for FPGA Designers to a wide range of project going from IV&V to reverse engineering and design. You will be responsible for:

• analyzing FPGA requirements and understanding the system
• reviewing design and implementation to ensure proper requirement coverage
• Designing or reviewing tests and simulations to ensure proper verification of the system requirements.

Qualifications Required
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
* Minimum 3 years of related experience
* Hands on experience with HDL code generation
* Hands on experience with CHDL simulation using Questa or a similar tool-set
* Must be a U.S. Citizen

Qualifications Desired
* Familiar with the challenges of developing safety critical embedded firmware
* Familiar with DO-254 processes and means of compliance
* Experience writing HDL Functional requirements and defining requirements-based tests.
