Job Summary:

Provides occupational therapy services aimed at restoring and enhancing patients physical, social, and mental functions. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Conducts thorough evaluations to determine patient needs and clinical status.
  
  
• 
  Develops personalized treatment plans using appropriate techniques and tools.
  
  
• 
  Administers therapy interventions aligned with established protocols.
  
  
• 
  Communicates treatment goals, progress, and discharge plans to patients and team members.
  
  
• 
  Completes comprehensive clinical documentation within designated timeframes.
  
  
• 
  Supervises assigned therapy assistants and supports their professional development.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Holds a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD).
  
  
• 
  Possesses an active Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
  
  
• 
  Maintains current BLS certification from an approved vendor.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrates at least two years of recent occupational therapy experience.
  
  
• 
  Shows proficiency in clinical evaluation and documentation standards.
