If you have a valid Michigan P&C license, a knack for problem-solving, and a warm, inviting personality, wed love to welcome you aboard and show you what makes our agency special.

ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate and timely information.
Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, and billing questions.
Process new insurance applications and renewals efficiently.
Handle customer complaints with empathy and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
Maintain policy files and customer records accurately in the agency management system.
Collaborate with agents to support client needs and retention efforts.
Educate clients on policy coverages and options.
RequirementsValid Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
