Brand Ambassador

Summary Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor, supporting brand standards and driving individual sales performance. Act as an entry point for future leadership by exemplifying a customer first mindset, teamwork, and product knowledge. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and prioritize the customer experience. Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture. Support sales plans and collaborate with the team to uphold brand policies and procedures. Engage customers with loyalty programs and educate them on available offerings. Assist customers in fitting rooms with sizing and maintain store standards. Perform opening and closing duties and maintain back of house processes. Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment. Participate in company trainings on product, process, compliance, and development. Provide product feedback and contribute to visual merchandising standards. Requirements Retail or similar industry experience preferred. Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel. Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing as needed. Ability to operate a register and perform cash wrap duties. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and occasional travel.
