AI Analyst

We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated AI Analyst to lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions across multiple business functions. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, data teams, and IT, translating operational needs into scalable AI tools, workflows, and automated processes. This is a highly visible, project-based role focused on evaluating existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and building AI-enabled solutions from the ground up. The successful candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, business analysis skills, and project management capabilities to help drive operational efficiency and support organizational growth through acquisitions and business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions across various business functions.
• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, data teams, and IT to translate operational needs into scalable AI tools.
• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build AI-enabled solutions from the ground up.
• Drive operational efficiency and support organizational growth through acquisitions and business transformation initiatives.

Essential Skills

• Ability to create agents via AI platforms such as CoPilot or OpenAI.
• Experience in building programs from scratch.
• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or data analytics.
• 2+ years of experience developing AI-based applications, workflows, or business solutions.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI (ChatGPT/GPT), or similar AI technologies.
• Ability to build solutions and programs from structured business requirements.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex business and data requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with sales, rebates, or commissions.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Reading, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $130000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
