Job Overview Addus HomeCare is hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA/CNA) in Montana. Our shifts are flexible and can be tailored to your work‑life balance. A Plus Health Care offers competitive wages, health benefits, and bonus opportunities. New Rates Earn up to $24.70 per hour to start. Duties / Responsibilities Assist clients from home to home with daily living activities such as meal preparation, exercise, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping, and socialization. Qualifications Current PCA or CNA trained and available to start immediately if selected. Entry‑level position; we provide a 16‑hour training course that satisfies the educational requirement at no cost. Must pass a background check. Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record if you wish to drive for the company. Benefits Major medical health coverage through the Health Care for Health Care Workers Initiative.
