Dental Hygienist
KANEOHE SMILE CENTER
We are looking for a Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist to join our small Kaneohe practice part-time. Currently, the office has one Dentist and one full-time Dental Hygienist. Specific days of the week are flexible and open for negotiation. Our priority is providing excellent care to our patients through a supportive, caring team – no quotas or double hygiene schedules. Responsibilities Performing dental prophylaxis, including scaling and root planning (administering anesthetic) Reviewing medical history and educating patients on preventative care. Taking periodontal measurements and maintaining the patient’s dental chart. Sterilizing instruments and adhering to infection control protocols. Assist with scheduling future recall appointments, as needed. Hours Select Sat: 8am-1pm (open two Sat a month) Office is closed Sundays, Wednesdays and most federal/state holidays.
