Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility.

Assignment Details

• Assignment setting: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Dress code: black scrubs.
• Therapist must be present in the building during scheduled hours.
• Therapist must follow CRG P & P.
• Productivity requirement: 92%.
• May float to other facilities if needed.
