This position is located in Palm City, FL

The Lead A/C Service Technician will provide expert diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for residential and commercial HVAC systems. This role combines hands-on technical work, ensuring high-quality service delivery, adherence to safety standards, and effective customer communication. The position involves using standard HVAC diagnostic tools and mobile service apps, with local travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform system diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations on residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain service issues and solutions
• Manage inventory of parts and tools necessary for service operations
• Use standard HVAC diagnostic tools and mobile service applications daily
• Coordinate local travel to service locations

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA Section 608 Certification
• Strong HVAC system troubleshooting and refrigeration cycle knowledge
• Familiarity with electrical systems related to HVAC
• Proven technical leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Effective time management and strict adherence to safety standards
