JOB OVERVIEW: We are now recruiting an IT System Analyst for the beautiful world-class Shangri-La Resort in Afton, OK. Come and have fun meeting new people with the IT Team and enjoy the amenities/perks offered for this position at Shangri-La! REPORTS TO: Director of IT ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance.Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language.Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.  REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Problem solvingMicrosoft Office365 & Active DirectoryNetworking knowledgeVerbal communicationOperating systemsPhone skillsCustomer servicePC proficiencySystem administration EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent· Prior information technology or systems administration experience preferred or currently seeking higher education· Familiarity with telephone, office, and point-of-sale, and PMS software a plus· Prior knowledge with the following systems a plus: Agilysys/InfoGenesis POS, Amadeus HotSOS (ticketing system), DirecTV DRE, mobile device MDMs, and Relay Pro radios PERFORMANCE STANDARDS Customer Satisfaction:Our customers are what we are about.
