Overview Physical Therapist (PT) Opportunity at Rosewalk Village Lafayette and Williamsport Nursing. Part-time. Responsibilities / Skills Supportive Presence : Creating a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents. Leadership : Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of our residents. Collaboration : Work with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care. Teamwork : Work toward a common goal of excellent care for our residents. Interpersonal Communication : Support a respectful and positive work environment. Requirements Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Indiana. Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions. Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
