About the Position

Locations: Aurora, CO | Greeley, CO | Santa Fe, NM

Compensation:
• Aurora, CO: $150K–$175K/year
• Greeley, CO: $160K–$180K/year
• Santa Fe, NM: $175K–$200K/year

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosis, and treatment
• Develop individualized vision treatment plans using appropriate clinical and diagnostic techniques
• Perform necessary procedures and provide high-quality patient care
• Refer patients to vision specialists when appropriate
• Maintain accurate patient medical records and case files
• Educate patients on eye health and routine care
• Stay current with the latest vision treatment techniques and practices
• Support a positive practice environment and contribute to team development

Qualifications

• Active optometry license in good standing
• Strong interest in working with children
• Ability to obtain or maintain a Medicaid Provider Number and NPI
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage a diverse workload effectively
• New graduates and experienced Optometrists are welcome to apply
