Sales Supervisor - Cabazon

Summary Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management in day-to-day operations at the Cabazon outlet, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, and coaching the team to maintain store standards and implement corporate directives. Responsibilities Drive individual and store sales to achieve or exceed KPIs Lead the sales floor and deliver a customer first experience Coach and develop team members to build client relationships and repeat business Maintain guest ready store standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom Open and close the store according to company procedures Demonstrate product knowledge and brand DNA to provide styling expertise Initiate client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management Adhere to company policies and procedures Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service Prior leadership experience strongly preferred Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills Passion for the brand and product offering Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
