Provide for eye care and prevention of athletic injuries Communicates program expectations to student - athletes and parents Establish and maintain consistent standards and behavior Performance Responsibilities: Knowledge in particular sport based upon experience as a participant and/or coach Directly responsible to the athletic director in liaison with principal Must meet RIIL/RIPCOA coaching certification and training requirements Demonstrated ability in recognizing that the growth and development of each student -athlete requires meeting their individual needs. Qualifications: Meet all RIIL Coaching Requirements and applicants must be 3 years removed from high school. Preferred Qualifications: A combination of a few years of playing and coaching experience.
