Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Whey Production team member to operate and monitor equipment that converts liquid whey into high‑quality dairy ingredients. In this hands‑on manufacturing role, you’ll set up, run, and adjust separation, evaporation, and drying systems, perform basic troubleshooting, and complete quality and safety checks. You’ll follow GMPs, sanitation, and HACCP procedures while maintaining accurate production records. Working in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and safety‑focused environment, you’ll gain valuable experience with modern dairy processing technologies and have opportunities to grow within our expanding operations team.
