Role Description The Mental Health Therapist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Baltimore, MD, with some flexibility to work from home. This role provides individual, group, and family therapy using strength-based, evidence-informed approaches aligned with PRP and outpatient mental health services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating therapy sessions, and coordinating care with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and external providers. The therapist monitors progress, adjusts interventions as needed, maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation, and participates in multidisciplinary team meetings. This role may also involve supporting clients in accessing community resources and wrap‑around services to promote stability and recovery. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Treatment Planning and Mental Health assessment, including the ability to develop individualized, goal-oriented care plans. Background in Social Work and Case Management, with experience coordinating services, advocating for clients, and linking individuals to community resources. Knowledge and experience in Family Therapy and systems-focused interventions to support families and natural supports in the recovery process. Relevant professional license or licensure eligibility (e.g., LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, or equivalent) in the state of Maryland. Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Strong skills in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and de‑escalation, with a commitment to culturally responsive and non-discriminatory practice. Ability to maintain clear, thorough clinical documentation and use electronic health record systems effectively. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and a hybrid work environment. Experience with outpatient mental health or community-based services and familiarity with PRP or similar rehabilitation programs is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
