Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatrician in Lumberton, North Carolina.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Mission-driven pediatric group serving a diverse community
• High-volume outpatient pediatric setting
• Collaborative multidisciplinary care environment
• Two dedicated medical assistants or nurses assigned to each provider
• Community-focused pediatric care model

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $200,000 - $240,000
• Lucrative quarterly productivity bonuses
• $10,000 transition bonus
• Additional hourly pay for evening and weekend shifts
• Up to $75,000 student loan repayment eligibility through NHSC programs

SCHEDULE
• Full-time outpatient pediatric schedule
• Additional evening and weekend coverage opportunities available

ROLE
• Provide outpatient pediatric care across a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered pediatric care
• Support community-focused healthcare initiatives

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician (MD/DO) REQUIRED
• Active North Carolina medical license REQUIRED
• Comfortable in a high-volume outpatient environment REQUIRED
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams REQUIRED
• Passion for community-focused pediatric care REQUIRED
