Your scope includes: Act as theprimary point of contact for labor relations, partnering withunion leadershipon grievances, investigations, discipline, and arbitration Drivepositive employee relationsthroughcoaching, conflict resolution, andinclusive culture initiatives Leadend‑to‑end talent managementforhourly and salaried employees, supporting a24/7 manufacturing operation Manage and develop an HR teamof three while delivering keyHR programsandretention strategies Ensurecompliance with employment lawsand overseeHR policies,records,safety, andwellness programs AnalyzeHR metricsand leadcontinuous improvementandchange initiativesthrough clear communication Represent Cascades Tissue Groupatcorporate and community events, with occasional travel toCanada What you bring 5+ years of progressive HR experiencein amanufacturing or industrial environment, ideally in anHR Generalist, HRBP, or HR Managerrole Strong union labor relations expertise, includingcontract interpretation,grievance management, and employee relations in a unionized setting Proven experience supportingheavy manufacturing operations(paper, pulp, or similar industries strongly preferred) Broad knowledge ofcore HR disciplines, includingcompensation, benefits, health management, and talent development Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability tonavigate conflict and build consensus Trusted, credible partnerwho builds strong relationships with bothhourly and salaried employees Hands‑on, approachable leaderwith astrong sense of urgency, high accountability, and a bias for action If you bring the same care to who you are as to what you do, we’d love to meet you!
