Digital Designer

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Digital Designer to join our team. This role is for someone with a good grounding in web design who can apply UX principles and translate them into creative, polished visual design. You’ll work across web, email, and other digital channels, from early wireframes and concepts through to production-ready assets and developer handoff. You’re someone who takes pride in the details at every stage, and understands that great digital design doesn’t stop at how something looks. What You’ll Do Design creative, on‑brand websites and digital experiences from concept through to completion Design and produce work across email, digital advertising, and social channels Produce wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that communicate structure and intent Support web architecture discussions around site structure, navigation, and content hierarchy Build and maintain component libraries and design systems, keeping files organized and production‑ready Prepare thorough handoff documentation and assets for development teams, clearly specifying interactions, responsive behavior, and design intent Work closely with developers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure accurate translation of designs into build Work under the direction of Strategy, Art, and Creative Directors across all stages of design and production Support the presentation of work to clients and internal stakeholders What We’re Looking For Experience 3+ years of professional digital design experience within an agency or studio environment A portfolio demonstrating creative web design, a good understanding of UX, and experience across the full design lifecycle including production and handoff Experience designing for email and other digital channels such as display advertising or social content Experience building component libraries or design systems An understanding of web architecture and experience working closely with development teams Design Skills A good eye for layout, typography, and detail Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping across lo‑fi and hi‑fi A thorough, organized approach to production and file management Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility best practices Familiarity with UX frameworks or structured design methodologies such as OOUX is a plus, though not required Tools Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto‑layout, and handoff workflows Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) Familiarity with AI‑powered creative tools and an enthusiasm for integrating them into day‑to‑day workflow You’ll Thrive Here If You Take real pride in your craft, whether designing from scratch or deep in production Take ownership of your work and see it through with care and precision Communicate clearly with designers, developers, and clients alike Are energized by variety and enjoy contributing to a wide range of projects Stay curious about the evolving digital design landscape and emerging tools Are collaborative by nature and thrive as part of a team Benefits We offer a holistic health and wellness plan with medical, dental and vision insurance to keep you and your family healthy.
