This role will lead end-to-end model development, mentor junior talent, and help mature the data science lifecycle to deliver measurable business impact. Direct Hire | $130-150k | Hybrid in Sacramento, CA Key Duties: Lead development and calibration of predictive and segmentation models Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights Guide junior analysts in technical skill-building and best practices Build scalable solutions using Python, SQL, Databricks, and Azure Fabric Translate complex data into executive-level visualizations using Power BI Requirements: 10+ years in data analytics, with 5+ years in data science and engineering Advanced skills in Python, SQL, Power BI, and machine learning frameworks Experience mentoring team members and implementing production ML workflows Strong grasp of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and SLDC principles Bachelor's in a quantitative field required; Master's preferred A leading organization in the financial services industry is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their growing analytics team.
