System Administrator II

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator II to join our Corporate IT team in Huntsville, AL (Discovery). You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing TSC’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across platforms and systems. Key Responsibilities Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve diverse IT issues across laptops, desktops, networks, and telecommunications. System Management: Configure, manage, and maintain Microsoft, Linux and MacOS operating systems. Security: Implement and manage security protocols to ensure compliance and data integrity. Collaboration: Work with the IT team to resolve escalated issues and provide user guidance. User Support: Deliver training and documentation to help employees use IT systems and tools effectively. Required Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT field (equivalent education or experience considered). 2-4 or more years of experience in IT support roles (equivalent experience considered). U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a DoD Secret Security Clearance. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing and configuring: Microsoft 365 GCC High, SharePoint Online, and Exchange. Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, and Intune. Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat, Ubuntu) Red Hat Satellite Server. Mac OS and Mac Support Current Microsoft or CompTIA certifications (e.g., Azure, Windows Server, A+, Network+, Security+): CompTIA Security + CompTIA A+ MS-900 - M365 Fundamentals Why Join TSC?
