What You'll Do:

• Lead and support buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
• Advise clients on:
• • Acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic alliances
  • Spin-offs, carve-outs, and recapitalizations
  • Leveraged buyouts and tender offers
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and agreements
• Collaborate directly with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams
• Navigate complex corporate and structural issues in high-stakes deals

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of M&A experience at a top-tier law firm (AmLaw preferred)
• Strong experience with:
• • Domestic and cross-border transactions
  • Buy-side and sell-side deal execution
• Deep understanding of:
• • Corporate structuring and transaction strategy
  • Complex deal mechanics across multiple industries
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Strong business judgment and client-first mindset
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Active bar admission (or ability to waive in)
