Shape client development strategies and lead community outreach efforts in your market. Set talent strategies, build, and develop a team focused on customer service. Source, recruit, and retain high-performing talent through continuous feedback and coaching. Educate and train staff to build skills and capabilities. Maintain high productivity standards through effective process management, including inventory and shrink goals. Champion the use of new technology to support innovative selling techniques and shopping experiences. Uphold all company policies and procedures. Provide feedback to cross-functional partners, identifying high-profit potential and business trends. Ensure store standards exceed expectations at all times. Create an inclusive environment aligned with Ralph Lauren's values and cultural focus. Qualifications include a college degree or equivalent, retail management experience in a high-volume environment, excellent communication skills, physical ability to work on the sales floor, and flexibility to work various shifts and travel as needed. A proven success record in building relationships and business acumen is essential.
