Cybersecurity Manager

Leading the Cyber Defense & Response team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will oversee security operations and incident response initiatives, ensuring operational preparedness while collaborating with various teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day Cyber Defense & Response functions, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity strategy and operational readiness Lead the incident response lifecycle, acting as the primary point for critical incidents and overseeing investigation, containment, and recovery efforts Enhance detection and response efficiency across on-premises and multi-cloud environments, focusing on GPU-accelerated and AI/ML workloads Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including 3+ years in a management role within a SOC or incident response function Strong technical expertise in digital forensics, cloud security, detection engineering, and security automation Experience in building and improving incident response processes and playbooks Proven ability to lead global teams using agile practices and manage operational metrics effectively
