Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established goals and clinical guidelines
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Current COTA certification through NBCOT
• Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as a COTA in California
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends
• Commitment to the full 17-week contract duration

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
