COTA - Travel Contract

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Butte, MT. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills needed for everyday life. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Montana COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Client requires ability to provide care in a veterans home environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with geriatric populations.
• Experience with ADL retraining, therapeutic modalities, and adaptive equipment.

Assignment Details

• Shift designation: Days.
• 36 hours guaranteed per week.
• Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities if needed.
