Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is a fast-growing, clinician-owned company that truly understands what home healthcare is all about. We’re searching for an energetic Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our amazing TEAM of clinicians serving the Leominster residential area of Massachusetts.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities
(Included, but not limited to)
- Wound care
- Medication management
- Catheter management
- Diabetic care
- Accurate and timely documentation
Visits can range from basic wellness visits to patient education on disease management, follow-ups after MD visits, ordering supplies, wound care, medication management, and more. In other words—variety that keeps your clinical skills sharp and your day interesting.
