Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Stepdown for an exciting travel assignment in Peoria, IL. Key responsibilities of the Registered Nurse – Stepdown include:
- Provide care for three patients with diverse medical conditions including respiratory and cardiac issues.
- Administer titratable drips and confirm telemetry readings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Float to ICU or other Stepdown units as required based on experience.
Requirements of the Registered Nurse – Stepdown include:
- Active IL nursing license or proof of application initiation
- BLS certification required; ACLS recommended
- Proven ICU/Intermediate care experience with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 3:1 or 2:1
- Proficiency in trach and vent care
