Aerie - Stock Associate - Evening (Off-Hours)

Your Role You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part-time stock brand ambassador, you are an expert at moving product from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the stockroom is your place, you are able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day! Your Responsibilities Passion for brand standards: you are a go‑getter in keeping product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. Own the stockroom: you keep it running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized. Innovative merchandising: whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan and take action to correct it. Teamwork: you are always prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non–stock related tasks or assist guests. Integrity and safety: safety standards are a priority in the stockroom and on the sales floor, you follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures. Pay & Benefits Information Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
