Onsite Recruiter & People Ops Specialist NYC

Seated, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter & People Operations Specialist to recruit across business, go-to-market, and technical roles while supporting the NYC office experience.

You will own end-to-end searches, build pipelines, and drive interview processes, with 90% focus on recruiting and 10% on People Operations, onboarding, and events. This role requires in-person work in NYC five days per week, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches in a fast-moving
