- Seamless Service Delivery: Transport freshly prepared dishes directly from the kitchen line to guest tables with speed, precision, and hospitality.
- Kitchen & Service Collaboration: Coordinate timing and table logistics alongside servers and culinary staff to ensure a smooth, synchronized dining experience.
- Table Maintenance: Assist with clearing tableware, resetting dining areas, and supporting light dishwashing/sanitization to keep the floor running efficiently.
- Professional Presentation: Maintain a crisp, professional appearance adhering to uniform standards (including apron and tie).
- Guest Interaction: Briefly engage with guests upon delivering food, addressing immediate needs with warmth and professionalism.
- Experience: Prior experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer-facing environment preferred.
- Speed & Focus: Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Communication: Clear, friendly communication skills with team members and guests alike.
- Stamina & Agility: Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and carrying heavy trays.
