About Our Agency:

I opened my State Farm agency in 2019 after spending several years working for State Farm Corporate, where I developed a strong understanding of the company's mission and how to best serve customers. I hold an MBA and live here with my wife, our two boys, and our dog family and balance are core values that I carry into how I run my business every day. Giving back to the community is a big part of who I am. My agency proudly supports organizations like the Salvation Army, St. Jude, and the Shriners Club. We also sponsor the local high school football team and are active supporters of our local church. Role Description:

Anthony Sposito - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
