Store Appearance - Own the customer-facing environment by proactively addressing appearance issues and guiding peers in daily upkeep. Merchandising - Own product presentation by optimizing layouts, identifying gaps, and ensuring merchandising aligns with customer demand. Qualifications Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Desired Experience: Retail store sales experience Desired Skills: Pleasant disposition; patience to deal with difficult situations; self-motivated, and the ability to work unsupervised. Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with customers, vendors, and employees. Schedule / Work / Travel Work Pattern: Shift work; may include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays (essential personnel during weather/events).
