Project Manager II

Remote work is allowed. Mandatory in office is every Wednesday. Work hours / Core hours 9AM-3PM. Target Start date ASAP.

Contract Period is 12/24 months. After 24 months must take a 90-day break before returning for another 12/24 months. Would support underground and overhead projects as a Utility company.

Responsible and accountable for supporting overall projects with the Sr Project Managers. Ensures project costs, schedule, scope, and risks are managed, including the development of recovery plans, to stay within approved limits schedule and spending. Interface with external and internal stakeholders to coordinate project requirements. Interface effectively forming good working relationships with team members, Sr project managers, internal interfacing organizations and contract service providers as applicable. When leading projects, identify and obtain project team resources with the assistance of Manager Project Management. When supporting larger projects, helps ensure all team resources are identified and obtained.

Passion for Customer Service, Proficient with Excel, demonstrated proficiency and experience managing projects. 2 - 4 years project management or related experience. Preferred Bachelor's degree Project Management. Preferred Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification but not required.
