About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Advisor for Breach Assessment and Reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist support and management of all incidents and breaches within the insurance sector, ensuring that compliance risk is effectively managed. This role involves supporting and completing breach assessments, as well as the reporting, resolution, and prevention of incidents and breaches. The Senior Advisor will also be expected to provide strategic and specialist compliance advice, strong subject matter expertise on the regulatory compliance environment, and support the team in various compliance and breach management activities. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a university degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience in operational risk and compliance within the insurance or financial services industry. Strong knowledge of the insurance regulatory landscape is essential, and experience in incident or breach management roles is highly regarded. The role requires the ability to work with key stakeholders, drive a high-quality of understanding of compliance risk, and collaborate with risk and compliance teams to promote continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed, innovative, and performance-driven, in line with the company's values and culture.
