What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire the nursing department
Ensure high-quality, person-centered care
Support, mentor, and develop your team
Collaborate with leadership and serve as acting Administrator when needed
Foster a safe, engaged, and uplifting environment for residents and staff

What We’re Looking For:
Current Florida RN license
Minimum 2 years of DON experience in a skilled nursing facility
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Supervisory experience required; BSN preferred
CPR certification
