Escrow Officer

This is a full-time role for an Escrow Officer, and the individual will be responsible for handling closings, notary services, escrow management, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will involve working closely with residential real estate professionals and performing various tasks related to the escrow process LOCATIO N:This position is fully onsite in our Boulder, CO office and supports a collaborative team environment at: 4875 Pearl East Circle Suite 300 Boulder CO 803 JOB DESCRIPTION ng:Completes real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements; clearing title requirements; assembling, preparing, and reviewing closing documents; disbursing fun ds.Resolving title defects; satisfying existing liens and encumbrances against property or principa ls.Work closely with real estate brokers, lenders, attorneys, consumers, etc., and closely adhere to their transactional instruct ionTimely, thorough, coordinated, and eloquent communication with all of the parties invol vedFollow company standards and guidelines when processing transactions - as well as abiding by all applicable State or Federal laws and regulati onsMaintain privacy and confidentiality of company information, customers and co-work ersClosing consummation: review and execute closing documents with the parties - answer questions and check the documents for completeness and accur acyPost-closing: Electronically record documents.
